The last two years of my life have over shadowed the preceding 38 years – not only in terms of pain, suffering, fighting, and acceptance, but also in terms of knowledge, wisdom, understanding of human nature, and spiritual growth.
Living with this disease is a tough battle to fight daily, it’s a warfront where you are alone, unequipped and you don’t know the enemy.

You get bombarded from everywhere with bombs of loneliness ,fear, helplessness, pain, fatigue until you lose all control and Balance and are on the ground in complete darkness, wondering what’s coming next.

Sometimes, even with the ongoing war, you catch your breath and surrender to the universe – it is in these golden moments that you are showered with pearls of wisdom.

With Deep gratitude and thankfulness, I hereby share those pearls, which I could gather . These are straight from my personal experience, and from whatever I could decode in those tough situations.
These learnings have transformed me at the soul level, pushed me to my limits, I feel much more calmness inside , things that bothered me in the past now don’t bother anymore, having accepted what the universe offered me has made me fall in love with each day , I am grateful for being alive today and hopefully looking forward for the life ahead.

LEARNING # 1
Loose Control
Humans right from inception have always tried to control their surroundings situations, relations and environment.

What started initially as a survival instinct, slowly got ingrained in our DNA, and through decades of systematic brewing, it has now become part of who we are and also the biggest problem.
We not only try to control the outcomes of our actions but we are also told to dream, to desire, to set goals, and to manifest. We got it all wrong.

There are libraries full of books written on goalsetting ,on manifesting and on Dreaming big all contributing to the biggest chaos in human minds.

Even I thought that dreaming big, setting big goals, and working hard towards them was the whole purpose of my existence. But when I got struck with this big blow which uprooted my entire life, all the hard work, all the planning, All the success was gone at the blink of an eye and I was left helpless without knowing how to handle or control the situation . We are always taught about action and never about reaction.

If we know how to accept the problems in our life and keep moving forward while staying calm then much of life’s struggle would be solved. The reaction matters more than the action.

Maybe we are not here to control, to predict, to dream, to manifest.
Let’s just go back down the lane and see what our ancestors, forefathers, or early human beings did, they just worked on themselves—physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. They worked on honing skills that were required as per their surroundings.

They lived for the day and chose their reactions to circumstances and situations very thoughtfully . And maybe that’s what we should be doing.

- Accept the fact that all things of significance are not in our control
- Work on yourself – on every aspect : physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
- Dreaming is good, but don’t take it seriously
- Goal setting is a Go-No-Go so just set daily goals
- What’s meant for you will reach you so keep working on yourself daily without worrying about the results
- Finally just
accept-surrender-observe-have gratitude,patience-forgive & seek redemption
Life is flowing~~~flow along
